At De Soto Sport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technical gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in new, resellable condition. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect fit and performance equipment for your next triathlon or training session.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and has not been used for training.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
